In the airport
1. Pay attention to pilot safety demonstration
2. Pilot can cancel the flight at any time for any reason, like weather, technical issues or other circumstances.
3. Pilot is flying as an employee in your company, and shall have no element of profit of the flight from the passengers.
If the company is making profit of the flight from other passengers, the flight is considered as a commercial flight, and commerical flight rules apply, which is not allowed within this buisiness model
4. Pilot is responsible for the passenger, and passengers are insured by the insurance of the aircraft. Insurance document is required to be valid, and should be aviable on request.
5. Pilot will inform passengers that toilet is not aviable in the aircraft.
PILOT PLANNING AND COMMUNICATION
In the Airplane
1. Passengers taking part of general aviation flights have the right to know that the flight can be cancelled at any time by the pilot due to weather, aviability, tecnical issues or other circumstances,
2. Silent cockpit need to be maintained during high workload phases of flight, such as taxi, tafe off, decent, landing. Passenger might be blocked on intercom during those phases.
3. The Pilot can at any time cancel the flight for any reason, such as weather, technical issues or other reasons.
4. The pilot can at any given time refuse passengers to board the aircraft due to limitations, safety conserns or other reasons.
5. Seating will be arranged due to weight and balance needs.
PILOT PLANNING AND COMMUNICATION
At the destination
1. Pilot can wait meanwhile you do your business/meeting/footballmatch/delivery at your destination, or will return to home-base, whatever is agreed upon.
2. Pilot will prepare for returning flight
refill fuel/oil/weight and balance calculation, checking weather/filing flightplan

Arriving at home
1. Pilot will park the plane, and prepare as much as possible for the next flight
2. Payment of flight is sendt out either via Vipps or Invoice after flight.Â
3. The money is being used for aircraft rental which cover all expenses, such as fuel/oil/landing fee/software update and other expenses. Pilot will also contribute to some of the cost.
